Four types of standard cap bolts are available: straight type, low head type, extra low head type, and tapered type. The head is forged and machined for a beautiful finish.
●Hot forging, machining, and component rolling ZETA titanium products feature a simple design with no unnecessary decorative processing. It focuses on the original purpose of titanium, and there is no unnecessary processing. Not only cutting titanium parts, but also hot forging process is applied to achieve tensile strength that exceeds material strength. The head is precision machined to ensure optimum quality, and because of the high strength of the material, it can be designed one size smaller to further reduce weight.Since the threaded part is hardened by plastic deformation, it is 1.5 times stronger than the machined thread.(The use of anti-galling agent is recommended)
●64 titanium is used In Japan, it is commonly called "64 titanium", but in the U.S. ASTM standard calls it "ASTM B348 Gr5" (Grade 5).The notation "Ti-6AL-4V" specifies the chemical composition, which means that 6% aluminum (AL) and 4% vanadium (V) are contained in the mass fraction. It is widely recognized and used as a medical metal for implants, artificial bones, etc.Because of its strength, it is used in aircraft, space industry, nuclear industry, industrial turbines, automobile and motorcycle exhausts, and golf club heads.64 titanium alloy is the most commonly used alloy, accounting for 70% of all titanium alloys.
[Lightweight] Specific gravity is about 4.5.Intermediate between iron 7.8 and aluminum 2.8.(55-60% weight of iron) [High strength] Tensile strength is more than 900N/m㎡ and is comparable to 930N/m㎡ of SCM435 (chromium molybdenum steel). [Rustproof] No semi-permanent deterioration due to the formation of a passive film on the surface. [Friendly to people and the environment] It is also used as an implant and artificial bone because it is free from metal allergy. It is also recyclable. [beautiful] It is also used as an ornament because of its excellent corrosion resistance. [Difficult to process] High technology is required for machining, press-forming and welding. [High price] In addition to being a rare metal, it takes time to refine and is difficult to process. [Seizure and galling] Weak against friction and prone to seizure and galling.
●Comparison in Strength between types of titanium and other Metals Pure titanium: It is less expensive than other titanium alloys.Excellent in corrosion resistance but low in strength. α alloy: Excellent in creep resistance (deformation rate against stress for a long time).Excellent in welding work, but poor in workability. β alloy: It has the highest strength among the titanium alloys. It has excellent processability, but the production cost is very high. α-β alloy: It has high strength, ductility and toughness, and excellent workability.ZETA titanium products are made of Ti- AI-4V with alpha-beta alloy.

This is a Titaniumium Bolt from a trustworthy Manufacturer. The product description also includes appeals such as hot forging, rolling, etc. The material is also clearly stated and tensile strength, etc. Specifications are also compared.
Generally speaking, the motivation for wanting to replace the Titaniumium Bolt is It's kind of cool. It won't rust. I think it's right around the corner.
However, it's obvious by looking at the price that it's a bit overpriced for a Bolt. How much Gold can you pay for Titanium that everyone loves Large?
And to begin with, you should know that there is nothing better than OEMBolt for the function of “ conclusion ”. From a simple bolt, the manufacturer determines the spec. to cover the necessary functions such as strength classification and surface treatment, and sets the tightening torque to match the bolt.
You can find many Risks to replace such OEMBolt with Titaniumium Bolt if you look it up, so check it out beforehand.
You should be particularly concerned about... Since it is easy to bite, I will care by Thread compound etc. Even if ↑ is assumed, the part where heat is applied (Exhaust pipe installation, etc.) It is better to avoid It is better to avoid the part which is severe in the strength such as a high-load part. I guess that's just the way it is.
Titaniumium Bolt itself can get cheap Chinese products at Amaz*n, but I think that it is good to use this kind of manufacturer's product for the part that becomes a little worried. Of course, a reasonable peace of mind fee is required.
ZETA's Titanium Bolt has a wide range of sizes for each head shape, so it is recommended for those who want to have a uniform feeling.
This product is a low head type of cap bolt, but the button bolt is easy to damage. (Bolt shaped like a mushroom) It is recommended to replace the
If your head height is not restricted, the normal cap bolt is the best recommendation, but if it is, this product can provide both a low head height and a tightening torque similar to the normal cap bolt, reducing the tension when attaching and removing the bolt to a large extent. The Button bolt which is often used with Screw lock when installing external Rear Sets is not suitable for this type of kit, so if you change to this before it is too late, you can get a sense of security while improving the quality. Also, the fastening part of Retractable Lever to keep the head low.
In general, the balance between reliability and cost is reasonably good for Titaniumium Bolt, so I think the focus of consideration is on the pros and cons of “Titaniumium Bolt” rather than the pros and cons of this product.View Detail
I bought it because I had some areas I wanted to change to Titaniumium Bolt. Large satisfied with the texture. It can also be used for dress-up, weight reduction and increased rigidity. It would be fun to gradually add more Titaniumium Bolts to the mix.View Detail
For a friends bike they wanted some titanium tapered bolts to replace the stainless ones. Tese came out as being really good value so ordered. A little on the sharp side but overall, not too bad at all. They are happy with them and where they are, as long as the top looks good, it's all goodView Detail
The Babyface Rear Sets for the 2021 MT-09SP have the rear master cylinder offset and the master cylinder is pushed via the M6 Bolt attached to the brake pedal. The bolt that attaches the Master Cylinder was damaged in the past, so we replaced it with a Titaniumium Bolt made by ZETA, which was well made for a reasonable price. I found this ZT07-0645 (M6 P=1.0/L=45), which I thought could be used to replace the M6 Cap Bolt that pushes the Master Cylinder. Simultaneously paired TitaniumFlange Lock NutZT21-1061 (M6 P=1.0) I also installed a "Tightly" and it tightens firmly and I feel like it is tightly, but not really. Design-wise, it would have been best to have this Size in Taper shape, but I am satisfied with this inexpensive purchase with no functional problems.View Detail
Following the replacement of the damaged mounting bolt of the rear brake master cylinder with a ZETA Titaniumium Bolt, the mounting part of the rear sets was also replaced with this ZT07-0820 (M8 P1.25 L=20mm) I replaced the mounting part of the Rear Sets with these Titaniumium Bolt. A low head bolt was required for the Master Cylinder installation, but a regular cap bolt was sufficient for this part, which is attached to the frame.
Compared to the included Bolt, the TitaniumMaterial has a higher texture and is very self-satisfying. *The included Bolt may be sufficient in terms of performance, but while I appreciate the availability of the Titaniumium Bolt at a reasonable price, I feel like I have stepped into the Titanium swamp.
The reason for this was to change the bolt of the damaged Rear master, but we have been interested in other bolts and have been reducing the weight of both the body and the wallet.View Detail
