*The hazard retention function will be disabled.(Please refer to the vehicle's owner's manual regarding the holding function) *The indicator position relay also controls a single bulb as a position.Untested LED bulbs, LED blinkers, and sequential blinkers may not work properly.Sequential blinkers, Accute and Feather type are not supported even if they are made by Poshface. We have confirmed the operation of LED indicators and sequential indicators manufactured by Poshface other than those listed on the left. *There may be changes in product specifications due to the manufacturer's reasons.
Some HONDA vehicles have special blinker relays (the front single bulb is also controlled as a position bulb by the blinker relay) and could not be controlled by the stock blinker relay. POSH has developed a blinker relay with the same functionality as the stock and up to 40W (total) to accommodate LED blinkers and small wattage blinkers. ・Installation is only a matter of replacing the stock relay and using the same Type of coupler as the stock relay. ・"Position lamp function" and "hazard function" can be used as well. ・The installation of the indicator is easy and secure with the instruction manual that explains the installation position of the stock indicator. ・The kit includes two blinker relays since the blinker relay and the hazard blinker relay (sub relay) are separate.
Points of Attention
* If there may be an instruction manual included, it will be written in Japanese.
I bought this to convert my '14 MC41 CBR250R late model Blinker to LED. [Contents] is very simple with Grounding Wire and Tie Wrap because it is almost a Couplet-on. The finish of the body is very good and there is no worry about Shortetc. due to water immersion. The grounding wire is connected to the bullet terminal, which is good for easy wiring. Attached is a picture of my participation in the Wiring of Earth to MC41.
The instruction manual is very helpful and if you have a kill to remove the cowl, installation is no problem at all.
The blinker position function of the OEM works fine, and the blinking is about the same as the OEM or a little faster, so no problem.
Here's what I'm not happy about. The body is larger than OEM Relay, so you have to force the OEM Mount rubber to expand and fix the body, which is not SMART.
Because the connector is not coming out from the body directly like OEM, there is a wiring between the body and the wiring. (I think it is better to cover the mouth part of Rubber part of ConnectorCover with Vinyl Tape etc.)
The most important thing is the price. I personally think that this price is too much for Relay, which does not have flashing speed adjustment.
I want to convert Blinker to LED, but I can't be bothered with the wiring process. I think it is good for the person who wants to use the OEMBlinker position function.View Detail
