This new hybrid concept combines the DNA of a trial tire with that of an authentic off-road tire.
MOTOZ invented the hybrid tire concept.
In 2014, the Mountain Hybrid received multiple industry awards, including runner-up for Innovative Product of the Year at the American International Motorcycle Expo.
The Mountain Hybrid tire maintains the handling characteristics of the motorcycle with the dimensions of an authentic off-road enduro tire, while providing the traction characteristics of a trial tire.
For maximum grip performance, all hybrid tires feature the Ultra Soft Gummy BFM compound.
The new design concept is based on a flexible tread concave and locking system that increases traction without the use of very soft rubber compounds and avoids punctures at low air pressure.
The MOTOZ Mountain Hybrid tire climbs like a trials tire but handles corners, stream crossings, sand, rocks, and other terrain like a standard DOT off-road tire.
Built like a trials tire, but with reinforced sidewalls to allow for lower air pressure when riding off-road or in mountainous terrain.
The Mountain Hybrid GUMMY BFM tire is a mountain hybrid (hybrid enduro trial tire) that uses MOTOZ's proprietary soft trial-like rubber compound (known as GUMMY BFM).
MOTOZ's proprietary hybrid system, with the added traction of GUMMY BFM rubber compound, combines the best of both worlds in extreme conditions.
