This time, I used the one for CUB instead of Universal Product for KLX125.
The inlet diameter of this Valve is suitable for the vehicle, but the outlet diameter is large, so it cannot be attached as it is.
The Nipple of the air cleaner box is cut, the hole is enlarged, and the Large diameter Nipple is newly put up.
The reason why we have to do such a troublesome thing is that the distance and the cross-sectional area from the Valve exit to the Air Cleaner BOX are very large.
This is because it is an important point to get the maximum performance out of the Valve.
On the KLX125 (and many other vehicles), the Nipple inner diameter of the Breather Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter receptacle on the Air Cleaner BOX side is too narrow, and the inner diameter of the Air Cleaner Hose 650mm 6mm Diameter receptacle is too large.
Even if you put it on as it is, you can hardly make the most of the performance.
The valve operates at blowby pressure, but on the inlet side, there is a large threshold pulsation caused by the piston vertical movement.
Even if the inside diameter of the hose is a little small or the distance is long, it is unlikely to have such a large adverse effect.
However, the Blowby gas that passes through the Valve is sucked out only by the remaining inertia and intake negative pressure, so
If it becomes BottleNeck here, the force works in the direction of pushing back Valve, and performance drops at once.

I've heard a lot of people say, "I've got a NAGValve or some other company's high performance One-Way Valve and it's just as good as the cheap one.
If you listen to the story carefully, you will find that there are many patterns that simply cut the Hose and put it in between, leaving the resistance of this Hose as it is.
In this case, no matter how high performance Valve is put in, it cannot show its performance because it is clogged at the end of Valve exit.
Even if you put in a good suspension, if the linkage is sticking, you can't get the best performance out of it.
In the case of NAGValve, the sensitivity of the internal One-Way Valve is very good.
Even if it is installed far from the Crankcase, it follows the pulsation of the Blowby well.
So, rather than the gases being expelled only by inertia after passing through the Valve.
In order to be able to draw out as much as possible by the negative pressure of the intake air of the engine, it becomes the arrangement that it is easy to demonstrate the effect most to install it in the position near the air cleanerBox.
It's hard to follow the weak pulsation (low rpm) if the Valve of KTMOEM etc. is initialized with Spring.

First of all, the load on the Cell is reduced by lowering the internal pressure, and the Cell turns lightly.
